In the City of Rose Redz, we want to have fun while building up our shops. We chat a little, play a little, quest a bit, and even run our heroes through the arena and those rigourous raids on the weekends.

But, in the interest of peace among players, and to protect the integrity of time investment that players provide to the city, there are three established rules.

January 23, 2019:

• The Raffle is BACK! First, I am cleaning up last year by doing the months of 2018 from June to December. I have filled up the vault will all kinds of goodies. Please check the Results are posted on the Raffle Page!
  
  Once those are done, I will begin the new Raffle method for 2019. This will also be monthly, but there will be bigger / better prizes to realate to our stronger city base. There will also be some new incentives added to the pot, such as weekly prizes, and monthly rewards for raid improvement. These will be to reward performance directly, outside of the raffle.

January 10, 2019:

• The new Raid Rules start with this weekend’s raid. The two main changes of note:
  • The miminum requirement is 500 raid items.
  • If you get less than 500 items, and you are the lowest on the list, you win a free invite to another city... any other city...
• Also, the raid raffle will be returning, but in a new form. The page will be updated before it starts, and will require sign ups again.

January 06, 2019:

December 28, 2018:

• This weekend’s raid is the last one of 2018. It is also the last one with the current 10 x level minimum requirement. The game has evolved, and our city will be as well. In 2019, starting with our next raid, the minimum requirement has been changed to a static 500 raid items. We should be finishing the raid every week, and have fallen just short too many weeks. This rule will be enforced with a three-strike rule. All town members will start 2019 with no strikes.
• Also, the raid raffle will be returning, but in a new form. The page will be updated before it starts, and will require sign ups again.

December 25, 2018:

• A groups of elves are hanging around the tree. They see you coming and begin to giggle. They point at you, and then at a set of boots under the tree. It appears that Father Winter left you his set of Legedary Frost Sabatons! Just put up a City Request, and one of the elves would be more than happy to hand them to you. Merry Christmas!

• A large Holiday tree has been placed in the castle to celebrate the season. Perhaps there will be a visit from Father Winter later this month?

• It is unfortunate that I have to write this, but the issue must be addressed. Several of you are not reaching the 10 x Level minimum raiding requirement. I consider that to be taking advantage of the other players who are raiding well.
  
  So, I am instituting a 3-Strike rule, starting as of last week’s raid results. If you fail to make minimum on 3 raids, I will relieve you of your place in town to make room for a player who is not going to take advantge of city-mates. I set the bar fairly low... anyone level 30 or higher should be able to sneeze and get 300+ items. There will always be exceptions... if you don’t raid, I don’t count that against you. If you inform me AHEAD OF TIME that there will be an issue, I probably will not count that against you.
  
  I have always stated that real life should come first. But, if you want to claim those raid rewards, put in the time. Also, progression does not come to those who only settle for the minimum. If you are not there yet, I suggest you aim for around 1,700 items. If we all achieve that, we will be ready for the Level 50 Castle raid reward!
  
  For those of you in town who already raid-your-heart-out, I want to thank you for picking up the slack so that we still get most, if not all, of our available rewards! You rock!
